By accessing or using Mytreep's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Booking and Payments

When you make bookings through Mytreep:

• You are entering into a contract with the travel provider (airline, hotel, etc.), not Mytreep
• All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel provider
• Prices are subject to availability and may change until booking is confirmed
• You are responsible for ensuring all traveler information is accurate
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the travel provider

Mytreep facilitates bookings but is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party travel providers.

Intellectual Property

The Mytreep service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mytreep and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

User Content

You may submit content to our platform, including reviews, photos, and trip information. By submitting content, you:

• Grant Mytreep a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit
• Agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove any user content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

Travel recommendations are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all travel information and making your own travel decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mytreep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of third-party services booked through our platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mytreep in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mytreep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
